Custom Background Theme

We all know that Discord background theme have not been update since the light theme came out. So, I'm making this idea. Custom Background theme is a new colour theme or a custom theme. What do I mean by custom theme? Custom theme means that you can put any kind of image to be your theme except NSFW image. Alright back to the main point, with this feature users can set up Custom Background Theme in the settings. Now for the first question, is this feature available for non-Nitro users or Nitro users? It's for both, but special for Nitro users. Nitro users can set up moving Custom Background theme. Now what do I mean by moving? Moving Custom Background Theme means if you are a Nitro user you can choose gif as the background theme.

    Many discord users have already had this idea and maybe even tried to promote it. Although it is a good idea, Discord maybe has its own reasons not to put it or they just didn't think about it yet. I'd suggest that the custom image feature should only be accessed by people who have a subscription to Discord via Nitro and the color theme for all users. NSFW should also be allowed since Discord allows 18+ content. As long as a server is labeled NSFW, they will be allowed to add NSFW images... Oh, this feature shouldn't be accessed by subscription but rather by boosting servers! Since you know that subscribing to Discord only gives access to external emojis and non-related server features thus making it more sense to be accessed by boosting instead of subscribing to Discord.

    This is a great idea, would stop most people from using 3rd party clients to do so!

    Sounds good. It would stop people from using better discord, lightcord, bluecord etc. -Dom

    Yeah why not, Would help a lot in stopping people from using better discord, and would definitely look cooler.

    Its a good idea, but i think discord might not want to do it because they dont want their brand to steer more to the nsfw side.

    I agree, it would stop people from using Better Discord and other clients. It would also be nice to have more variety instead of choosing light or dark.
