My account was suddenly disabled a few days ago without any reason or explanation. I'm a relatively boring user and just use Discord to chat with a handful of IRL friends in our 30s, so I'm positive I've never done anything to warrant a ban. I didn't receive an email or notification - I was just suddenly unable to log in.
I submitted a ticket to support and got a bot response that my account had a ToS violation and would not be reinstated, which is verifiably untrue. I then asked for a human to look at this case, because obviously something went wrong. I've yet to receive a response, and I've read that this is not an uncommon user experience when contacting Support. Very unprofessional and frustrating for such a big company.
