My account got disabled without any reason or notification.

Hello!
So, as everyone there, my account got disabled without any reason or information.
My account got disabled yesterday while I was on voice-chat with my friends. On my email I've got NO emails from discord about disabling it. Nothing. Not even a single mail from discord. 
How is this possible? From discord? I've read on internet and I find out maybe a server that I was in got raided and discord is disabling everyone on the specific server, even if you did something or not.
I appealed on email and I've got a response from Clyde bot with: "

Hello,

Your account was disabled for violating our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. We will not reinstate the account."

No reason, no explanation, just a bot. Where is the support for such a big app?
Does anybody have a solution to contact discord properly? I've tweeted them and I'm waiting for a reply.

    This has been my experience too for the past 6 days. No email or explanation about what happened, and I'm positive that I haven't done anything ban-worthy. Clyde bot just spams that same response, and no human has picked up my tickets. 

    I've been tweeting at them every day hoping that some employee sees it, but I'm losing hope. I didn't realize until this happened how bad Discord Support is.

    i tried to contact the support and they said the same thing, "your account was disable because you violated the tos"... but what exactly? what terms exactly were violated? i don't know... im still trying to contact them in search of a solution for this issue. i hope i get back my account. i have it for five years and nothing like this had happened.

    The issue is still here for me after appealing 3-4 times and getting clyde bot i took it to help and support ticket to see if i can reach a human who can give some insight.

    do you know if there is a chance that our account might be deleted after a time? im afraid of this, really, nobody wants something like this. nobody... man, do you already saw many servers with nsfw content and nothing like this happened to them? lmao it's very funny sometimes.

    14-30 days usually best bet is to try and reach a human instead of a bot

    Hello, I have the same problem, I was sitting with friends on discord and it says that my account is disabled, and every time I write to support, every time I answer Clyde. I want to know the reason for the ban and the duration.

    Support is useless they will let your account be deleted and act like it never exsisted.

    I have a lot of useful chats, in these chats there are passwords and other things. Also nitro. I'm disappointed in discord

    i had chats/servers from 2016 and its all gone. i had to start over. i wish u luck but dont expect miracles to happen
