Free users should get at least non gif banners

For free users, to customize your profile, you just have a profile picture and a bland color banner of which you need to pay $10 for in order to get actually good banners , and free users barely get anything, so at least give free users non gif banners of which we can customize our profile other than a profile picture and some bland color
