so why isnt there an actual feedback for the developers? this should go to someone who can do things right? not a damn forum, anyway after a few days of attemtping to get tech support because my self tech support failed, the bug went away and i realized after talking with someone via email, that this is discord... why isnt there a discord help server? where people can get responses from techs who actually have dealt with the issue before? and have a simple ready solution, a forum is great but if you cant get your pw reset because something went screwy somewhere, and theres no way to contact anyone about this. i found it difficult to even get a place where i could get a response, other than email, and that took days for a simple hey its not working right now, all the help buttons sent me to the process i had already completed i forgot how many times, is just a thought

I've been wondering that for a long time. I think they are just too cheap to invest in anything that's not already included in their Zendesk package tier, but who am I to judge? I'm certainly not spending any money on Nitro, especially with the state of this site.
I do like your specific idea of having a discord server dedicated to support. Kind of a "dogfooding" method of support. I mean they already have better infrastructure than Zendesk ever will for this sort of thing? They do have a townhall server, but I've never been on it and doubt it would have such a thing
