Servers ddossed/dox and raided

My server and associated minecraft server and webstore was all attacked by a disgruntled ex admin. He added a bot of his that contained malicious code and nuked half my members. Hacked my store and gave operator status to everyone in minecraft. His employee under him exposed my server direct ip which was then ddossed by his friends. He has a current case against me and i would love to respond to it with the the evidence of an actual raid/ddos/dox made by him and associated friends

  You say "disgruntled ex-admin", yet if that's the case how were they able to add a bot or take over your store? It sounds more like you told them they were "fired" but never actually revoked their permission.

  Also, I hope you weren't selling any items in the store, that's a violation of Minecraft's EULA for servers.

  Also also, this is the feedback site. You are much more likely to get help by using the little "submit a request" button above so that you have a ticket in the system, as opposed to being just yet another "someone broke my stuff" voice posting on the wrong forum. This is for FEEDBACK. Yes, I know It's confusing since this looks like part of the support site. It's because they are, for some Negative bizarre reason (probably because it comes with their support service tier, and they are cheap, if I had to guess), using Zendesk's forum software rather than something more feature complete, but the fact remains you are unlikely to get practical help here.
