banner wont save for my discord profile

So im trying to put a new banner for my discord profile but i wont work each time i try to save it i just get floating bubbles for a few seconds before it stops and just reverts to the orignal screen where it says save changes, something else to note the gif for the banner is 9.88mb so just cutting it for the banner size idk if that has something to do with it
