my tickets not even being looked at

I was banned for being in a discord server that I forgot even existed. The guy who owned the server made me and other people admins before they got banned and got us banned as well. Now every ticket I've made on discord has automatically gone to solved and gotten no responses. I have two that have gotten no response and both say they have been assigned to "Nelly". I don't mean hate but I've just had the last 7 years of my work and contacts deleted. I'd like to at least get a response. Please if you can, take a relook at the ticket I've just made about my ban.

    They wont take a relook even if your innocent. discord support doesnt care about its users.

    If there is no reason on your e-mail regarding what ToS\Community Guideline you violated, there is pretty low chance of actually getting your account back as far as I read.

    Hey G316, that is wrong. I didn't get emails and they fixed that right away. (Not great but still nice)

    Gilbert you are one of the lucky few in the 2% discord support has a terrible track record when it comes to account disablings.

    r.star Where did you hear that? Because I got no reason email, and I've been trying to get my account for weeks but they wont even reply to me.

    We're all on the same boat. I own one of the largest US GTA RP communities and they close my tickets without response within 5 minutes.
