Additional Streaming Preview Snap Locations

An additional snap location at the top center of the screen would be helpful for stream preview locations.
All 4 corners either cover member list, voice channel activity, voice channel controls, or text.
Center location along the already existing top row would be useful as it would only cover text that is relatively old.
