Trust and Safety team response time?
My account got hacked more than 2 weeks ago and I still havent gotten a response from Trust and Safety. Discord support twitter just hits me with a "they are currently in high volume". For thkse with experiences with trust and safety team for issues like this, how long do they usually respond?

Honestly, the best way it seems for them to reply is to just respond to their automated messages like once every few days, cause that's how I get responses when my tickets are left open for months on end :/

The discord support team is the absolute worst support team. They will never respond back to you or help you in the slightest no matter the situation. And yes, the only responses they give are bot replies never actually explaining anything, only vague answers to tickets. The whole discord support team is lacking everything that makes a support team
