Allow all servers to create forum channels

Discord's obsession with locking features to community servers is really frustrating. What about the huge number of servers that're used for small friend groups, or that don't exactly fit into the category of a large community? They all miss out on loads of moderation features, forums, and now they can't even make permanent invites.

Absolutely agree!  Most of what community servers offer doesn't fit or work with my servers, but the one thing that would be extraordinarily useful would be the forums feature.  Nearly all of my servers are based on roleplaying guilds in MMO's, where things like character profiles, stories, artwork, and more are all commonly posted, but Discord's default structure is… not very conducive to it.  They're posted in spite of Discord's features rather than because of them.  Forums would be insanely useful, but the guilds just aren't big enough to justify a community server, nor do they facilitate the ‘requirements’ to ‘qualify’ for one.

Frankly it's incredibly frustrating that this hasn't been done. I managed to create two forum channels in my private server for roleplay, which massively cut down on channel bloat (currently it's saved us from having to create 48 new channels).

I'm going to see what I can do to boost the message; a post this important deserves to be seen.
