Can you let us import txt file into automod?

Just as Discord community is growing bigger, the amount of scam links is growing, too.

AutoMod is a powerful tool for admins. With this tool, we can block many suspicious links or messages. However, if you go check this website, you will see that adding all keywords into the filter is not a good option. In addition, `Block Suspected Spam Content` can't catch up with the scam links.

As a result, I recommend letting all admins upload a keyword file such as `suspicious-links.txt` or `links.yml`. It will help a lot, please consider this solution.
