Suggestion: a private "Notes" channel

This has probably been suggested before, but I believe it would be a good idea to put this idea forth into the headlights again.

A private text-channel where you can write notes for yourself would be a really nice QOL update, maybe with an ability to categorize notes with note topics in a way similar to how thread channels work with thread tags.
