Discord support is ignoring me for 2 months... (last activity 25 days ago... imagine 💀)

So... a user send me p**nography and I reported him to Discord Support and I haven't gotten a single E-mail or DM from Discord for 2 months even though I send the message link, no joke take a look for yourself. I have also sent another tickets and I still haven't gotten a response, and in the ones I do they keep claiming its been resolved without them doing anything and they do not help at all... So Discord, if you see this post you need to do the following to make Discord Support better:

Get rid of your outscored support and replace it with an actual authentic one
Stop relying on message links

Edit: They did ended up solving my ticket but they never did anything to the user they just said to me to block him 🗿

Edit 2: The user DMed me saying Discord Support did nothing and I swear to god it's real
