Disabled account and they won’t help me

I got banned last week for apparently underage. Discord doesn’t even have proof that I’m underaged. I am very disappointed that they banned me since I have a project due next week. Worth 40% of my grades. I’m looking at discord reviews and they say that discord support sucks and can’t meet customer needs which I’m not even suprised. They only care about the money rather than their valuable customers. I haven’t gotten a response yet after 8 days. If your a discord staff please help. I don’t have much time.

    I've had the same issues, I've tried reaching out and they've just ignored me for the past five days. I hope you get your account back before they wipe it completely.

    I'm literally having the same issue. They "solved" my reports after almost an entire week yet they didn't give me my account back, even after I gave them more than enough proof that I am an adult.
