I honestly give up on discord

My account was disabled under the topic of being "underage." I gave proof, opened a new ticket, and tried to email them multiple times. With no response for over five days, I'm giving up on trying to get in contact with them. News flash, they don't "have your back." 

All I'm asking is that if any discord team staff see this, probably won't happen. I ask for a refund on the wasted nitro on the account at least. I believe Discord really has a talent for making people feel bad. Thanks a lot for the awesome help discord, never going to be a customer for anything on your website again.

    Well they are great ignoring country laws and there own TOS as example this one her:

    I was disabled with out naming reasons, i apealed well ticket was closed no anwwser why, this is after a jugde decision of 2021 a clear violation of
    Article 3 of the German constitution or the CHARTER OF FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS OF THE EUROPEAN UNION Chapter 2 article 11.

    Well beside a not working appeal, would by seen by a jugde as only token effort and well fined for it.
