Special background in the Member List section

There may be a banner in the member list section that is behind the users, I saw it somewhere and it looked nice.

It can be added to the user's existing banner or a banner specified by the user himself.

If users do not want this feature, it will also be turned on and off.

    Nice concept, but in real use it would look really bad :(
