Users should not need View Channel permissions to be able to Stream to the channel once they're in it
We have a handful of hidden voice channels in our community, and we sometimes drag users into them who don't have the ability to see the channel. We've found that these users are unable to stream (screen or cam) unless we give them the View Channel permission even though the Video permission is enabled for them.
On the surface, I understand but it also doesn't make sense that they can speak and use the soundboard without the View Channel permission but can't stream.
