Presence status next to nickname

When a person isn't on a given server, an icon indicating that should appear next to their nickname on messages sent on that server. As it stands now, the only proper indications that a person isn't on a server are the Shared Servers tab and the absence of the Roles section in their server profile, one takes too many clicks to access and the other is hard to notice. In addition, it is impossible to tell whether a person has been banned or not. It would be helpful to see if a person has been banned, because it would prevent people from pestering the server moderators about a person who has already been dealt with.
