Account hacked, discord support hasn't responded for 2+ weeks
My account got hacked, token logged, hacker was able to change the email on the account to his own and I can't reset the PW even though I have 2FA and the thing is linked to my phone number.
I am the sole admin of several medium sized communities that are now at stake, I'm also a semi-public figure/twitch streamer and my identity is at stake. I had to freeze my credit card linked to the account, and I've lost access to several other important services that use discord as a login.
I don't know what to do, they just don't respond. I've replied many times adding more info as I thought of it or got new info, but even since my last response it's been 12 days with nothing, and discord hasn't said anything other than they were escalating it, 17 days ago.
I'm a nitro user, I've had the account for like 7 or 8 years, it's tied to my whole online persona and I'm really depressed over it. How can a company ignore paying customers like this for 17 days and going?

Similar problem (account disabled) they just ignore me. Im using discord for 5 years. Its now 9th day. There are a lot of useful information in my discord account but i can’t see it now.

I got my account disabled because I made a sarcastic comment saying "I'm five years old" and haven't heard back from my appeal request five days ago. Like many other posts regarding this issue and others, discord support is very unlikely to help. It's a shame really because they're shunning their customers ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Support is not upto mark here in discord. Although platform is very good but there must be quick support. I also joined a server where regular gaming community chat but after sometime there are people who spam out server with some a@dult things and spammy messages like nirmal lottery result and many other and we have big community but discord disabled our server without any warning and even appeal option is not there.

Discord is a great platform for communication, but it has some serious flaws. I've been using Discord for a few years now, and I've been consistently disappointed with the company's lack of attention to detail. For example, the Hailee Steinfeld height is completely inaccurate. It claims that Hailee Steinfeld is 5'7", but she's actually 5'4". This is just one example of the many ways in which Discord is sloppy and unreliable.
Another issue I have with Discord is the lack of moderation. There are a lot of toxic people on Discord, and the company does very little to crack down on them. I've been harassed and bullied on Discord on multiple occasions, and the company has done nothing to help me.
Overall, I'm very disappointed with Discord. It's a great platform with a lot of potential, but the company is too focused on adding new features and not enough on fixing its existing problems. I would not recommend Discord to anyone looking for a reliable and safe communication platform.

Discord is really great platform but i have seen a post of delusion calculator on discord. I have read this calculator is not reality based it just give a random number based on our given values and evaluate the data with US census bureau data.Kindly correct me if i'm wrong.

Support is not upto mark here in discord. I have been facing the same issue since last week on my web delusion calculator male. Let me know if anyone got the solution for this. Thanks
