Stop using Twitter for support
A lot of people either have no Twitter access or choose to not use Twitter, especially now.
The fact that you choose to use Twitter and not Discord for your own support is also an interesting message.
Recently I had a warning in the desktop app that a server was unavailable due to some technical issue. When I clicked on the error icon, your system tried to open a Twitter page.
Thanks to their "genius" owner's changes, people with no Twitter account are no longer allowed to even read Twitter posts.
So please use an open, free, moderated platform for Discord support.

I agree. Also, due to recent twitter changes, there are many things that get in the way of letting people send you twitter DMs.
Although to be fair, OP, discord does use emails for support, if you start with "submit a request" at the top of this website. That's an open free platform isn't it?

Absolutely true, and I have had some good success going through that venue. Unless your question / issue doesn't fall nicely into their predetermined categories. When I do get a real Discord support person involved, they are very good at what they do.
But they actively promote their social media links in-app and Twitter on their home page.
And the fact that their in-app alert lead directly to their Twitter page with no way to read their post without a Twitter account seems to be an unfortunate choice. As a secondary source of information, maybe.0 -
Ah, now I understand what you mean. Yes, if it's leading there, and there's no way to read that post or no way to DM them on Twitter, then that is a more pressing problem.
