Spotify Music on Voice chat

Hi there

Maybe discord noticed the huge amount of bots that got copyrighted lately because of Music podcasting, the permanent fix for that would be to add spotify sharing on voice chats as an activity that will effect on decreasing bots copyrights and banned that are just to try to fill that missing future.

some Idea's

• The one who will share Spotify audio need to have premium on Spotify and Nitro in discord to share music, or one of them
• more than one person who can control the music 
• adding permissions with admins in the room to unlock or lock Spotify so no one can change the music in the room
