Reporting user without messages

I came across a user with a just abhorrently racist profile, nothing they were sending in the server was bad, so I didn't feel like reporting their messages. However after hours of looking for a way to just report a profile, even reached out to support, I see there is no way to do so. Please, this is so incredibly necessary. We shouldn't need a message to report someone with a hateful profile.
