Account Hacked
My discord account got hacked after I downloaded a “game” to test it. I have submitted a ticket, got only automated messages back, and now support doesn’t reply for 1 week already. The hacker changed email and created a new account on my mail and added 2FA. My ticket: 38017141

I’ve been waiting for close to 3 weeks. They earned their reputation for being terrible. Was it that Maritas game you downloaded? I made the same mistake.

Nope, I got an automated message 10 days ago & that was the last I heard from them. Not a single human response.

Well, I got that 8 days ago. The hacker have created a new account on my mail with 2FA on it, that’s why it takes longer. (They said that)

He’s not the smartest shed in the toolbox, but I changed all my other passwords, got a new card, & moving everything from my old Google to a new one since he got access to it.

No joke, I just got my account back yesterday. After waiting about 2 months they resets my email & told me to reset my password. It’s a very long process, but I say bother them once a week if they don’t respond.

Damn at least you got the account back man. I really wish they help me get my account back as the gmail was changed TwT. but the number is still linked
