Soundboard audio clips at end of sound.

When you have uploaded an MP3 file to the soundboard a small section at the end of a sound file gets an artificial clipping that is not present before upload. After downloading the file the audio clip has the artifact and editing followed by reuploading of the edited file causes the artifact to return. The way to combat this is to upload the file as a .WAV file. I have attached an image of the artifact that is present as shown on audacity. Also attached is the pre-upload & after upload (edit sound)
