Personal Pins
There should be an option to have a personal pinned list, even if you don't have the Manage Messages permission in a server. There would be two options in the menu for the mods/admins, “Pin (Server)” and “Pin (Personal)”. Normal members would only see the Personal option. Both server pinned and personal pinned messages will appear in the Pinned Messages menu (on separate tabs), and all personal pins can be accessed when viewing the friends list by clicking the pin icon in the top bar.

This sounds nice, so you can go back to a message and find it instead of having to copy message links and paste it in a notes application
