Discord support is an absoulute useless

I put in a request to get my discord unbanned and first of all they took a WEEK to repsond but thats not the worst of it they sent me back a message finally and it said THAT everything had to be in the same image first off it was i just added another close up! i am outraged bc now i have to wait a whole nother week this is so useless

    I'm waiting whole month already to get some update on getting back my hacked account. I dunno If they are ignoring me at this point or what but yes they are useless

    Yeah their support is terrible and is lacking in a lot of places. I have been waiting 11 days and I am gettin really upset!

    I dunno what type of messages are you talking about, but for sure u shouldn't send too many tickets cause I saw one guy that sent too many on the same case and started to get bot replies that he broke ToS or something and his acc won't be reactivated, and discord support commented under his post that he sent too many tickets. But it was not a hacked account case though. 
    I sent 4 tickets during this 1,5 month, and some replies in the first one, but every other than the first got closed after 2 hours. I guess it's just the case of waiting since like I said - I had no reply to any of them other than the first one (which i got day after I sent it).
    At least I didn't have to write any more messages to them when they finally responded a few days ago, because they just got my acc back on my mail and sent the link to reset password and a message saying that they did it.

    Yeah I have only sent 2 in and that is it. I am going on 20 days now
