Make a translation for PT-PT

Make a new language option, for the portuguese users. 
PT-BR translations, many times are not right for us, and we all have to stick with that translation or with the English one. 
There are many portuguese pleople, that surely would want this to happen and would gladly help to creat a PT-PT language.

    The problem is that almost everything is different.
    Like as we got the option for english from the US and from the UK.
    We should also have the option for portuguese from BR and from PT.

    Many times the grammar and meaning of some words is not the same, for PT and for BR.
