Discord Support Troubles

For clarity, this post is being posted under my alt account.

My normal account was stolen and its email was changed. I email discord support, get in an exchange with a support agent who then sent our exchange to discord's trust & safety team. A few days pass and they say they resolved it without actually changing the email back, heck, I only got automated messages instead of a real person to talk to.

I create a new ticket containing the previous ticket IDs, and I haven't got a response yet and is still pending. Now here's the thing, I created a new different ticket under a different email (the same email for this alt account) and just a few days later, I get a response and their response is that I need to create a ticket under the email I want it changed back to, even though I have and I am still awaiting a response. Why did I get a reply for my alt account email in a reasonable time span but not one for my normal email?

I read elsewhere that the more tickets you create, the longer it takes, but I haven't spam created tickets. I did create 2 tickets after I created my first one because I completely forgot to include vital information, but that was just me being stupid and not realizing that I could've just told the agent directly about the information, so I didn't do it out of impatience.

What should I do? Should I create a new ticket or just wait? I created the ticket 10 days ago and I haven't gotten anything.

    I literally have the same type of problem. 
    I've been waiting longer for a month after the bot/person said my problem was too much on their end and i need a real person to solve it.

    I made several tickets on several emails but they just ignore literally everything. It's insane.

    twitter/insta/ forums/tickets.

    Done it all and they ignore all for over a month.

    I wish i could give you hope man but their “support” is literally fake man.

    I just hope someone takes legal action against discord for all the crap they're doing lately.
