"Solved" But no response/action??
Alright, my account got disabled really recently for “being under the age of digital consent” but Im not, the first time I submitted the wrong photo which was my mistake, I apologized for it and then I tried sending in 2 more appeals with evidence that I am in fact at the age of digital consent, but in 13 minutes, they just marked the ticket as “solved” without taking any action to un-disable my account or at least have the decency to respond, I have proved that I am at the age of digital consent, and aside from that I've never gotten any warnings/bans on any of my discord accounts. I have done nothing wrong and Discord refuses to respond which is frustrating.

Yeah my account got disabled to I have not gotten a response for 11 days now. They are really slacking on their jobs. I am getting really upset!

I have already sent 3 requests with a request to reconsider the disabling of my account, as a result, they were closed without any response.

Yea exactly! I've sent 4 requests, and its been 15 days. I have not done anything wrong and they're accusing me of being underaged, I made like 2 jokes about being a stupid child and I got disabled, I will legit do highschool math to prove it at the age of digital consent

Join the club. Been two months of trying to fight it and get more information. At a certain point you just have to realize that Discord doesn't and will not ever care about any of us. That's why I made the switch to Revolt (https://revolt.chat/) and encourage everybody else to do the same- leaving the platform entirely is the only language they'll understand.

I wish switching over was so easy! I don't have that luxury because a lot of my colleagues use Discord for planning events and stuff. This sort of treatment is unbecoming of such a well-appointed company and I hope Trust & Safety will rise to the occasion in the future

That's understandable. It would be hard for me but qe have both running so we can make sure we are secure if something like this were to happen.

It definitely isn't easy to switch. That's what makes Discord's monopoly so oppressively effective, unfortunately. I personally lost contact with just about every friend group I was a part of, though changing my Discord account to include my new information has resulted in people gradually re-establishing contact.
If you're not quite ready to bite the bullet for whatever reason, I also think it's worth looking into alternative services to run alongside Discord. With the alarming frequency of disabled, banned, or deleted accounts here, many seemingly for no reason at all, having a backup client or two to keep in touch with the people you care about online is more important than ever.

welp, my account got deleted in one month, I'm really disappointed in discord, and im trying to find a different website with a more helpful support team

It's easy to just see how incompetent these people have become. And it's strange how I've only seen maybe 3 names consistently instead of other team members. Like they literally have no one hired for their support. And as far as I'm aware. There is no way to report this kind of behavior. It's baffling
