I need help getting a server deleted

The server in question, Das Crib, has leaked info such as my address, vehicle info, and phone number. The server owner has done nothing to delete the posts, and I have since been banned from the server so I can't even get the server ID to report it. Is there anything I can do here? My local PD refuses to help me with this situation, and I genuinely fear for my safety as the people in that server also wish to kill me.
