A week ago, my account was disabled for a joke message in which I say that I am 10 years old. I received an email saying that I need to verify my age. I created a ticket and attached the correct photo, which shows my real age. It's been 7 days now and support is completely ignoring my request. Who should I contact to have them pay attention to my ticket?
