I can't access my account
It's been 1 day and every support staff member has refused to help me. I can't access my account and I haven't used the 2fa app since I got a new phone. My account is 6 years old and now I'm logged out of every device with no access to my backup codes. I tried to get my 2fa code on the google authenticator but for some reason there's nothing there. Staff keep refusing to help me when I'm literally emailing them on the email address that I used to make the account. Every time I try to open a new ticket, the same person just closes the ticket without even saying anything. Even steam will help you with a 2fa lockout if you provide sufficient information. I don't understand why its such an issue to just remove the 2fa if we provide you guys with sufficient information on the account. I'll literally tell you everything about my account. What servers I'm in and who I'm friends with. I have a nitro subscription and a VIP access subscription to a server both of which are going to keep charging my bank account until I have access to it. This isn't a new issue and yet you guys failed to address this issue. Why should we be forced to make new accounts and delete our main ones which have been used for more than 6 years.

The point of 2fa is to protect your account when your email gets hacked. And some companies won't help you at all. Ima go with a no but do you have your old phone? The authenticator doesn't update with your phoneyou have to manually transfer it with a qr code in the app. The person is Nelly she is a bot you could reply to it to turn it unsolved and hope that a actual human will see it

You can also ask your card company or PayPal to block transactions from discord and who ever else your paying.
