Change filter tag in forum from OR to AND

Forums channels allow you to search by keyword (tag) in order to only display posts with these tags. But when you select several tags, instead of only showing posts with all of them, all posts with at least one tag are displayed. 

This considerably reduces the benefit of using tags. It would be preferable to move from the OR function to the AND function because if you want to display all the posts with a tag OR another, you just have to do the search for each tag, whereas no alternative is possible for the AND function.

    This must become a feature. This makes forum tags completely unusable for filtering.
