[Suggestion] Next Feature without Bots

Who want many Bots on the own or any other DC-Server?

I would like to have features that are currently only supported by bots, such as twitch notifications or scheduled messages or embeds and many more, done directly via Discord without a bot.

 

also for the Feature for Roles which dont need everyone but everyone can choose if they want to have these roles

    For these features, the suggestion would also be that the more notifications you get on the servers, the higher level you should reach (like with the places for sounds or emojis). A level system would also be nice
