Use of find function in discord web

I was fine-tuning some stuff in my settings to see what options I liked best, and since I was changing the option repeatedly, I hit ctrl-F to try to get to it quickly instead of needing to scroll and find it manually. However, hitting those keys did nothing. I'm not sure if this is a bug or was done on purpose, but I really would have liked it if it had worked when I needed it.
