Account disabled. Probably hacked? Discord not responding

Eight days, my account was randomly disabled. I'm pretty sure I have not broken Discord ToS and I didn't even receive an email telling me why it was disabled. I'm well aware of Discord support's reputation for being abysmal, but this is absurd. I've submitted two tickets, one last Monday and one on Saturday following up on it with the assumption my account was hacked, both with multiple followup replies. Will my account seriously get deleted because Discord won't respond?

    I have been waiting for 14 days and nothing. There are people with 40 days wait. There is also people who got back their account within hours. so…..

    It means you probably got permanent ban and they blocked your support requests.

    I understand your frustration, but don't worry too much about your account getting deleted. Discord typically investigates these cases thoroughly, and it's unlikely they would delete your account without reason. Keep following up on your tickets and consider reaching out to them on social media if possible. OM productions should get back to you soon. Hang in there!

    I once had my account deleted like you and I understand what you went through, I also tried many methods to get my account back. but discord's slow support made me make another decision by creating a new account, my Minesweeper information was almost lost. I was very sorry about this!

    Slinde is very hopeful but I've tried to contact Discord support for 1 month straight. 

    If Support marks your first ticket as solved without the problem actually being solved, you're screwed and it's no use reaching out to them. It's incredibly upsetting that they only use bot replies for ban appeals and reports of harassment.

    well they deleted it. i didn't do anything to warrant getting my account deleted and they did it anyway. discord has by far the worst support i have ever seen.

    First and foremost why on earth would you give everyone a password that judging by it's simplicity you probably use same or similar one in other platforms too. Second this is not a place to ask for support you should open a ticket and wait patiently for support

      • Discord should send an email to the address associated with your account if it has been disabled or if there's suspicious activity that Can Dog Eat Twinkies. Look in your email, including your spam folder, for any messages from Discord.
