Leave feedback option when someone leaves a server
A pop-up with "Are you sure you'd like to leave server" and a multiple choice with options they can choose…for example:
Why are you leaving the server?
a. Not enough “action” going on
b. Community seem too small
c. Moderaters aren't active enough
d. Members are harrassing
e. LEAVE OWN FEEDBACK.
