Attenuation when streaming/Watching streams

Streaming and watching streams on discord turns on attenuation even if we mute the stream.

It's annoying because the volume of everything become very low as long as the stream is on.
And sometimes under certain circumstances when the stream stops, the volume didn't reset to its normal level.

We would really appreciate a feature to restrict attenuation to the voice chat if it's possible.
