Tickets are usless?
anyone else's tickets just getting closed with no reason at all? or zero help. specifically from the trust and safety team?

do you have a ticket that’s already opened for the same reason? i know they close for that.
and clyde the robot likes to assume a ticket is resolved even if it’s not, in those cases you just have to respond in the ticket and it’ll open back up.

i only have 1 ticket open for my account disabled. every time it closes i reopen it asking for help. but it doesnt do anything.

rn i just respond to their social media pages saying “day # of my ticket being opened”
i’m going through the same department rn and they told me to just leave the one ticket open, oh and whenever you respond in the ticket you get sent to the back of the workqueue (which is silly i’ve never heard of that in any other company)

yeah like i submitted a ticket and it gets closed about half an hour into waiting. so i comment again which sends it to the back. but doesnt work

i used the website ticket they go to same place but if you email you only talk in email not the post on website.
in your first ticket of the issue did a human say anything or was it just clyde? because if a human said it they just close post tickets, or if you open too many they kinda bar you from opening new ones. it’s weird, but you could reach out to the discord support twitter page

The problem is that discord on Twitter, instagram or Facebook are also bots. Not real people. So wherever you would write you will get a reply from a bot.
