Cloudflare randomly blocking my IP [Cause supposedly found]

Okay so, I was listening to music earlier and when i went to check if i had gotten new messages on discord i got the “Sorry, you have been blocked” message on the PC application. I have unironically no idea what happend, i tried looking for a way to solve it and it said to remove cache on the browsers and disable the PC VPN, which I did, it worked for a couple minutes and it happend again after.

Discord works perfectly on Mobile but the PC Application doesn't, any help on how to solve this?

Edit: According to twitter, it seems that it's cloudflare's fault as it has been having outages
