Account was closed for comments?
I’m trying to get my account age verified but my ticket was closed for comments? What does that even mean? I’m practically on a timer before my account gets deleted and that’s 7 years worth of contacts and memories. What I mainly want to know is why my ticket was closed with no notification when I sent them the proper information.

did you add a selfie/photo of you and your govt id?
if you did and they still closed it @ their twitters about it or file bbb. i recommend bbb because then the company actually responds a bit faster.
(they also have a 1/5 star on better business bureau which clearly means something)

Did exactly that and my ticket was still closed. Messaged them a day after I first submitted the ticket on Twitter twice too and still have yet to get a response. Looks like I’ll have to file bbb and see how that goes.

I'm trying to get my account age verified, but my ticket was closed for comments. Can you please clarify why this happened? I provided the necessary information, and I'm worried about my account being deleted. Losing 7 years of contacts and online dissertation writers memories would be devastating.
