Transgender The community is totally isolated from the general population due to their different culture and languages and their rules and regulations. Most of the transgender people have not excess in earning source due to social religious, culture reason and lack of the life skill. They faced social barrier to free movement, even they have no opportunity to enjoy major human rights and fundamental rights. It’s very difficult for transgender community to get inclusion in the family and society. Stigma and discrimination and violence against the Hijra are routine. Thus their empowerment individual, societal and organizational level is high priority and intensively afford is required for capacity building on organizational development, networking, leadership, mainstreaming of the Hijra communities.
