A way to report someone if the messages that include the danger were deleted

So I'm a discord moderator in a small server and just 3 days ago we got someone that broke the rules unfortunately the messages were deleted before we could report the user which had actually leaked the owners private photos to a community of 120 people we also have caught them forcing the owner to do stuff in the owners DMs attached is the evidence of the owner being forced while twitch streaming this user has sadly not been banned that is why we need this feature
