Change nitro payment when changing plans

Currently, when you change your Nitro subscription from monthly to yearly, you are charged the yearly amount immediately, minus the remaining days of your monthly subscription. For instance, if 10 days ago you paid for a Nitro Basic monthly subscription (2.99€) and decide to upgrade to Nitro Basic yearly, you will be charged 27.95€ upfront. This transition can be confusing, as I experienced firsthand and had to contact support to comprehend the process.

I suggest a change in this payment structure. When users switch plans, the next payment should occur after the current Nitro subscription period has concluded. In the previous example, my next payment for the subscription would be in 20 days. This modification would not only provide more clarity but also enable users to prepay for Nitro. For example, if I purchased a monthly Nitro subscription twice today, my next payment would be due in two months.
