Discord is not responding to my tickets

few days my I'd got disabled because by mistake I shared a nfsw video in my friends dm, i thought If I accept my fault they will restore my I'd but nobody is responding and everytime I creates a ticket it gets solved without any response. I didn't understand if discord wants to reject all accounts disable appeal then why did they put appeals section in ticket

    did this ever get resolved? I'm currently on day 2 of waiting on a response to my tickets and am seriously considering contacting a lawyer for the non refund of Nitro I had already purchased
