I can't install the app

I've sent an email to support, followed every single piece of advice given on this website and even tried the subreddit; however, recently, my Discord client randomly and abruptly decided to stop working.

The support agent told me that my ISP might be responsible, but I doubt that since I can still use Discord via browser. I was very dissatisfied with the support I received since it was apparent that they didn't even look at the photos and logs I sent.

They will be sent here; someone please help me.
