(Feature Suggestion) Delay in Voices for certain roles.

Hello, will it be possible to add a voice delay setting with a threshold bar that will determine how long the delay would be. The main purpose is to synchronize the sound of one user to another. Specifically for bots that plays music and for one user that wants to sing along with the music, this is basically for making it more enjoyable to listen to whenever someone wants to sing in a discord call. Hoping for a positive response in this.
