Report System need improvement.

I am glad there is a way to report user or text in discord app, but there are still to many features missing. I wish there was a service where you could actually leave behind more information for the Trust & Safety service or contact them more personally.
A friend got a situation at the moment with a user, where we can't directly report himself for it. 
First he use a second account, second made a nother person send the link of the video and third will probaly get away with it, with the kind of report system we got at the moment.

Is there no way to directly report someone with more details? I have files that show proof of the not legal act. If I remember correct, it is not allowed to send a private chat and picture of another person without they agreement. 

Any help would be really helpfull.
