Why does Discord have such poor support?
I was banned almost a week ago without any justification; my account was simply disabled. The Twitter team responded only to say they couldn't help and that it wasn't their concern. Here, Clyde Bot denied my review almost instantly. I sent an email and got no response. So far, no human has sent anything regarding my review.
I've been a user since 2018 and have never received any punishment. I had a 1-year Nitro badge and several cosmetics I recently purchased.
If someone has been punished like this out of nowhere, you won't get support here. What will be left for me after these 7 days is to go to court and see what they can do for me.
Oh, and there's another thing, once I reported a group of hackers who were carrying out attacks on my server with plenty of evidence, but Discord said it didn't violate the rules. Now, they punish me without any justification.

Adding more to the topic, specifically for me, Discord didn't just de-activate my account for no reason but also ignored every message I sent them in the last 10+ days. After getting a message it's being marked as “Solved” within 1 minute - 24 hours, making the Support Team a team, that behaves violating their title.

Open a lawsuit against this cursed and law-defying company; only then will it be possible to resolve. I will initiate legal proceedings soon, Spafuji.

dealing with this same issue lol, for me at least i got disabled without explaining why. no email sent. been ignoring every single of my emails it's marked as solve within a minute i send an email as well. just kinda annoyed considering i just got year of nitro a month ago and can't get support team to respond back so
